Our company has produced some of hydraulic correcting assembly presses, but the main product is the hydraulic assembly press for horizontal type of wheel and axle. This hydraulic assembly press is mainly used to press-assemble and disassemble the wheel and axle that are tight fit. The structure type of the press is horizontal type. The front beam, walking beam and two upright posts build up a closed bearing force system. The front beam, walking beam are all casting structure and have good rigidity. The plane formed by two upright post axis and vertical plane are formed tilt angle of 22°30′, so the floor area of installation will be small.The assembly and disassembly of wheel and axle are convenient and operation is easy.
