Steam-air die forge hammer, because of simple structure, good forming capability and strong commonality, becomes the equipment which is the most widely used in die forging industry in our country. There are about 700-800 sets in whole country. In recent fifty years, our factory has produced more than 400 sets of one tonnage, two tonnage and three tonnage die forge hammer. They are widely used to die forging production in our country and have good reputation in our country. In foreign countries, in recent a few decades, hot die forging press and forging production line which take hot die forging as main means has developed more quickly, but most countries still take die forge hammer as main method of forging. The numbers of die forge hammers occupy 70-80% of total numbers of forging equipment. For example, at present in Japan the product numbers of forged piece occupy the first position of the world and about 75% of them are made by die forge hammer.
     The CM-G die forge hammers are widely used for hot die forging of carbon steel and alloy steel parts for automobile, tractor, tool and medical treatment instrument etc.
 
     This machine is a forge hammer which can use steam as working medium and also can use compressed air as working medium, namely it is a forge hammer which use steam or compressed air as energy passing matter. It is called as steam-air die forge hammer.
 
The features of CM—G die forge hammer:
      1.Simple structure, easy operation, reliable working, very strong commonality.
      2.Hammer body and anvil adopt high quality steel-casting and has higher life.
      3.The jacket inside of cylinder is made by high wear-resistant low alloy cast-iron. It not only has a long using life, but also can change easily after it is worn out, so the using life of cylinder can be extended.
      4.Hammer handle is made by using high quality alloyed steel and advanced method of heat treatment and has a long using life. 。I
      5.The machine has special lubricating device , so can be lubricated at regular intervals or lubricated continuously.
