上海交大中京锻压有限公司是由上海交通大学和日本东海锻造株式会社于1989年合资创建，由上海新南洋股份有限公司控股。公司凭借上海交通大学、新南洋和交大中京的三重品牌优势，依托交通大学锻压专业的学术研究，经历了二十多年的稳定发展。公司现为中国锻压协会理事单位、上海市锻造协会副理事长单位。

经增资扩股，现拥有股东四家，目前注册资本280万美元。公司现有2条1600吨、2条2500吨热模锻压力机生产线，1条余热淬火线，年产锻件8000吨。模具加工采用CAD/CAM/CAE技术。

公司配有检测中心，通过TS16949 、ISO9001质量体系认证和多家船级社工厂认可。

Company Introduction

Shanghai JiaoDa Chukyo Forging &； Stamping Co., Ltd. controlled by Shanghai New Nanyang Co., Ltd was established by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Japan Tokai Drop Forging Co., Ltd in 1989. We rely on brand superiority of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xin Nanyang and JiaoDa Chukyo depend on high and new technology of forging and stamping specialty in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, have experienced steady development for 20 years. Now we are executive director unit of China Forging Association and Vice-director Unit of Shanghai Forging Association.

Through the capital increase and share the expansion, now we have four shareholders and our registered capital has risen to 2 million 800 hundred thousand dollars. With two 1600T hot die forging presses, two 2500T hot die forging presses and one production line for residual heat of forgings, we could produce 8,000 tons forgings every year. Our molds are made with advanced CAD/CAM/CAE technology.

We have our own inspection center. And now we have passed TS 16949 (TÜ；V SÜ；D) and ISO9001 Quality System. Also, we have several class certificates.
