The Second Affiliate Forging Factory of Shandong Gear Factory locates at Boshan district Zibo, Shandong province. It has fixed assets of 620 million RMB. It is a member of Confederation of Chinese Metal-forming Industry (CCMI), China Gears Association and China Product Quality Association. Its products are exempted from inspection.
It is mainly running business of spiral bevel gear forging for rear axle and gear machining. Rod and crankshaft of internal-combustion engine can also be forged here. Additionally, it produces gears of cast iron and blanks of axle housing. The capacity is more than 30,000 tons of forging, 1500 tons of cast steel and more than 80,000 suits of spiral bevel gear per year. The factory has developed into a professional, mass and technical production base integrated forging machining, die making and heat treating. And it has gained the ISO9001鈥?000 certificate.
It mainly serves famous domestic motor factory, axle factory and internal-combustion engine fittings factory. The products are distributed to more than 100 factories all over China and have good trade reputation.
