Chongqing Zhongcheng Precision die Forging Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of qualified forging products for the numerical control production line use, as one of members of Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry (CCMI) and the director of Confederation of Chongqing Metalforming Industry. The former Chongqing Precision Mold Forging Plant is founded in March, 1994 in Chongqing, the 4th municipality in China. Now there are about 100 employees with 12 technicians and managerial staff, including 5 senior technicians. With 17 million yuan total asset, Zhongchen covers 14,000m2, and the build-up area is 4,000m2. With full-equipped precision (mold) forging production line, 1000 ton, 630 ton and 400 ton friction press equipments as the main forming equipments, and the medium frequency induction heating stove, Zhongcheng manufactures 0.3-7 Kg mold (precision) forging products which achieve the precision requirements of GB12362-90, and it can produce 7,000 ton, about 2.7 million pieces products each year.

    Zhongcheng achieved the ISO9001-2000 certification in 2003, and plans to apply for the ISO/TS16949 certification in 2007. With the continuous development and construction, Zhongcheng provides services for the industries of general engine, automobile, railway, military, international trade, motorcycle.

     As the first crankshaft forging products manufacturer in Chongqing, Zhongcheng develops a complete series of crankshaft forging products. With the advance technology, stable product quality, Zhongcheng is regarded as the Crankshaft Forging Expert, and the future crankshaft forging products manufacturing base in Chongiqng. The products of Zhongcheng are supplied to Zongshen Group, Longxin Group, Lifan Group, MTD, LB, BS, EMERSON, B&S, and Honda.
