The company is able to produce 6000 ton forgings, 40,000 unit railway stock wheel axles, 225,000 unit springs, 5000 ton various sized rolling steels per year with nearly 100 advanced equipments: spring production line introduced from America, 800 ton fast forging press, new style brake beam production line, 3 ton air drive hammer, 1ton die forging hammer, 2 ton die forging hammer, open-die forging hammers of 1 ton , 500kg , 250kg, and 250 ton head forging press, 200 ton bending machine, 500 ton cutting machine, 320 milling machine etc. Besides manufacturing of brake beam, spring, 鈪?amp；鈪?class complex forgings, movable die forgings below 100 kg, axle and pan forgings, ring forgings, die forgings below 10 kg, bending pars, the company has ability to produce complex forgings of copper alloy and aluminum alloy, forgings of 160 ton & 100 ton internal combustion engine, and 60 ton & 15 ton steam crank.
