Zhangqiubaohua Forging Co.,Ltd is located in the most famous “China Forging Center”,”Town of Ironsimth”——-Zhangqiu County,and it’s the former Zhangqiu County Forctory.Our company is in Puji Town which is near the S102 JiNan QingDao road and it’s only 2km south to 309 national road.We have advantages of superior geographical position,convenience transportation,rich in power and water supplier.
Our factory area is 30,000㎡ ,building area 25,000㎡,has staff 360,engineering and technicans 46.OUR fised asset is RMB 50 millon.We passed the ISO9001:2001 standard quality control system authentication in 2001,and then ISO9001:2008 in 2009,also gained the certificate of “Manufacturer License of Special Equipment of P.R.China”and”Laboratory testing center of Zhangqiubaohua Forging”the same year.Now we are going to pass the API.We are rated as”Outstanding spplier”,”Truthworthy partner”by our main customers for years.Since 2001,we have been calssified as “Contract-honoring an Promise-keeping Enter-prize”of Jinan City.
We have complete forging equipments such as 8T/5T/3T electric hydraulic hammer,large board hammer and various air hammers,500T/100T/2500T/4000T friction press,and can forge max 7T parts.Also equiped with CA5116E*1015 vertical lathe,CW61100B and CW50 lathes more than 60sers.Recently,we introduced in FAUNC CNC vertical lather and machining center from Korea and Taiwan,and GSK980 CNC lathes more than 10sets.We have our own physics and chemical lab and has the strong detectability,that can do UT,mechanical performance test,also our heat treatment workshop can do normalizing,annealing,tempering and so on.Our main testing equipment include:Spectrometer imported from Germany cost RMB500,00,3 sets Brinell testers imported from USA,2 sets utrasonic testing euipment,can do various mechanical perormance tests.
