Chongqing Qingling Forging Co., Ltd. (QLF), a subsidiary of Qingling Motors (Group), was founded by Qingling Group, ISUZU, TDF and ISUZU (China) Holding Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of USD 83 million. QLF, with a 6,300T automatic forging and hear treatment line and 1600T semi-automatic forging and hear treatment line from Germany, is engaged in forged pieces for engine, transmission and axle assemblies for ISUZU N, T, U and F series vehicles. QLF produces products ranging from crankshaft, connection rod, camshaft, gear, front axle and knuckle in over 90 varieties, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes. QLF is capable of independent development and manufacturing of forging and aluminum casting molds. With advanced machining and test equipment from Germany, Japan, Switzerland and Britain and 3D software such as Pro-E, QLF is able to conduct reverse design and drawing-less machining, which support the development of new products and market exploration. QLF now supplies high quality molds to famous auto makers in Japan and US. QLF orientate its products to both domestic and international markets, having incessantly explored domestic and international markets for new opportunities, besides supplying parts to Qingling Group. QLF has exported forged blanks to ISUZU since 2000, and exported connection rods for vessels to Spain since 2005. Its products are well recognized with regard to quality and reputation.
