Anqing Beche Precision Forging Co.,Ltd ( ABPF ) , A Sino-German forging Joint-Venture , was established by Anqing Auto Leaf Spring Plant and Beche ＿Grohs Gmbh . The total investment is 12,000,000. ABPF covers an area of 84,000 square meters.
    ABPF possess:
    Two forging lines include:  100KJ short stroke electric-hydraulic hammers, shearing machine , 1250KW MF Induction heaters, trimimg- sizing machines. Also , The heat treatment equipment and shot blasting machines
 are in the forging lines.
   The other two forging lines include 2500t hot-die forging press from Russia.
   The die manufacturing line has been introduced from the world famous manufacturers, includes machining centers, digital copy milling machine, wire cutting machine and spark erosion machines , and all these were supported by the latest technology, CNC production from CAD data .
   The inspecting and checking machines include Spectral lab(chemical composition analyses) ,  Tiede crack dectection machines and eddy current tester , three-coordinates measuring machine and XQF-2000 image analysis . The ability of product detection has reached the world is advanced level .
   ABPF is a member of the China Metal forming Association and has been certificated by ISO/TS16949, the total production capacity has been reached 3 million pieces per year. The products include auto knuckles and other precision forging pieces , such as Nanjing IVECO , Golden Cup , Great Wall , JAC Refine, Zhengzhou Nissan  , Southeast FLK, Beijing Jeep , Chery , Beijing Chrysler 300C, etc . Most of the products have reached the international level .For example , The IVECO series light vehicles knuckles has replaced from foreign completely.
