Shanghai Jiaoda Chukyo Forging &；；； Stamping Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Foreignjoint venture between Shanghai Jiaoda Hanyang Co, Ltd, Japan Tokai Drop Forging Co., Ltd, Chuang Wei (Hong Kong) Industry Co, Ltd and Shanghai Liqi Toy Co., Ltd. We possess two 1600 ton hot-die forging presses, two 2800 ton；； hot die forging；； presses and four medium frequency induction-heating furnaces, and our dies are made with CAD/CAM equipments.
Our products include the series of container lashing parts and automobile transmission shaft parts and stainless steel parts and etc The yearly output arrlounts to 8000 tons. We have gained ISO9001 certificate and the certificates by GL,；；LR,；；KR and DHV

1989 4 Shanghai JiaoDa Trans Pacific forging &；；； stamping Co , Ltd (company predecessor) is a Sino Foreign joint-venture between Shanghai Jiaoda Nanyang Co, Ltd. and Pacific Ocean company of USA, registration capital240,900 US dollars；
1991 11 Pacific Ocean company of USA transfer stock(25%) to Tokai drop forging company of Japan, Company change name for Shanghai JiaoDa Chukyo forging &；；； stamping Co, Ltd (continues to use until now)；
