The company is located in Liu Cun Bao Industrial Park in Xi’an Economic and Technological Development Zone and covers 20,000 square meters. The annual output of forgings is 10,000 ton. Now we have two sets of 1,600 ton and 800 ton open-die forging hydraulic presses, several 1 ton, 750kg hydraulic-pneumatic hammers, 12 heating furnaces and a great deal of auxiliary equipment like SH1000-300 band sawing machines, which have formed a product list of all kinds of open-die forgings from 5kg to 12,000 kg. The major products are die blocks, rollers, forgings of carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, power plants, fertilizers, pressure vessels, bearing, stainless and structural alloy steel. The company is one of the few enterprises manufacturing heavy forgings in western China.
