It is engaged in the development, design, manufacture and sales of all series of forging parts, components, forging toolings and related business.
As one of the best forging enterprises which are entitled with QS9000 and TS16949 in China, and possessing the permission to use DFM鈥縯rade mark, the company鈥檚 products cover the whole range of DFM and also other markets with more than 1100 kinds of forging and 2000 kinds of dies. Its main products are crankshafts, connecting rods, gears and so on, and its production capability has reached 96 thousand tons. Besides this, it can also produce finished parts of transmission gears, front beams and axles.
Equipped with total 39 forging production lines consisted of hot die forging machines ranged from 18MN-120MN and horizontal forging machines ranged from 31.5MN-16MN, as well as various inspection equipments such as ultrasonic, MPI and CNC, and also by adopting CAD/CAE/CAM digital designing methods, the company has great advantages in developing and producing high-tech, accurate and large forgings. And toolings with high accuracy can also be achieved by CNC and Digital Milling.
Hubei Shenli Forging Ltd, as its subsidiary company, possesses the total investment of 22.227 million RMB, the productivity of 16,000 tons forgings per year and 40,000 sets of front axle assembly. Hubei Shenli Forging Ltd , entitled with the ISO9001 certificate, possesses total 390 sets of various equipments including a 125MN hot die forging production line, four machining production lines for front axles and arms and an axle assembly line.
