Qinghai Dongfeng Die Forging Co., Ltd., one of enterprises that Dongfeng Auto set up to take part in Development of Western China, has 800 employees including 120 technicians.  The main products are steel forging.

The company has 400 units equipments in which there are 40 units forging equipments such as 2 units die forging hammer of 10 ton, die forging hammer from 1 ton to 5 ton, Ring rolling machine, Head forging machine, open die forging hammer of 3 ton, air hammer and two production line with high energy screw presses, as well all kinds of facilities of heating treatment, detecting and inspecting.  The company has capacity to do design of technics, dies, tools, heating treatment.  The annual output is 40 thousands ton forging.

At present, the company has over 400 kinds forging products which are mainly sold to Dongfeng Auto, Luoyang Yituo, John Deere Tiantuo Co., Ltd., China Heavy Duty Auto, Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. and BBDC.  Beside that, the company, called “Die Processing Center of Northwest of China ‿has a good team to do design and manufacture of dies and has capacity to produce 600 units die per year which are sold to other provinces such as Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Shandong.

The company has gained the certificate of ISO9001:2000.

Crankshaft blank
The annual output is 200 thousands units which is below 100kg and 1100 mm.  the variety: CA6102, Chevrolet 350, Isuzu, LR6105, LR4105, Yuchai 4110, EQ6105, Chaoyang Diesel 4102Z and 4105.

Driving/driven gear blank of back axle
The annual output is 150 thousands units which mainly are general type, Altiplano type, N3 and N4 etc.

Half axle blank
The annual output is 100 thousands units.
The variety: 24D, 24N, 24F,  24ZB.
