Guangdong Shaoguan Foundry and Forging Group Co., Ltd. is one of the Chinese largest manufacturing enterprises specialized in castings and forging. It locates in Shaougan City, which belongs to the north Guangdong Province. The Group possesses of over 500 sets advanced productive equipment such as the imported Resin Sand Molding Line for producing steel castings, the imported Static Molding Line for producing small-size steel castings, a Disa Molding Line for producing small iron castings, 3 sets Switzerland automatic high-speed Hot Formers in which 2 sets Hatebur AMP30 and 1 set Hatebur AMP50, a 3150-Ton Press, a Continuous Roller Hearth Annealing Furnace with Protective Gas imported from AICHELIN Company in Austria. The Group also has other productive and machining equipment such as a 3-Ton Free Hammer, 1-3 Tons Die Hammer, 3-20 Tons Electric Furnace for melting steel, 1-3 Tons Medium Frequency Furnace, 20-100 Tons Annealing Furnace, Vertical Lathe with dia. 6.3m, Vertical Lathe with dia. 5m, Boring & Milling Machine with dia.180mm, Stand Boring Machine, CNC Machines, Line Cutting Machine and Electric Spark Machine, as well as many measuring instruments such as the Ultrasonic Tester and Spectrum Meter.

The annual output: 50,000 tons of steel castings (unit weight < 55 tons), 120,000 sets of container corner castings, 10,000 tons iron castings (unit weight < 50 kgs), 5,000 tons of steel forging (unit weight <1.5 tons and 0.5-100 Tons hooks), 50 million sets of precision forging bearing blanks and other precision forging fittings for automobiles and motorcycles.

Other products: cone crushers, jaw crushers, reaction impact crushers, blast furnace feeders, complete hooks, hoisting jack for railway, various metallic patterns and refractory mica products. The annual output of various crushers are more than 600 sets.
