Founded in 1986,through the great efforts of all employees and kind support from the society, the Shanghai Yunliang Industrial Co.,Ltd.(SYIC)has developed to an enterprise group specialized in forging with total asset of 170 million Yuan, registered capital of 45 million and more than 400 employees. the group which has annual capacity of 20,000 tons die forging parts includes three subsidiary forging companies, one sales company, one supply company, one mould and precision machining branch plant,covering land area of 86,000 sqm,building area of 25,000 sqm.

The SYIC group has been providing high quality die forging parts for machinery industries such as automoblie/motorcycle, construction/mining machinery, utilizing advanced computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing technology (CAD/CAM) for new products development and mould manufacturing , in possession of 11 forging product lines from 300-4000 ton, complete heat treatment equipment and mature heat treatment process , whole set of forging parts testing equipment and testing method. The main clients are Shanghai Volkswagon, No.1 motor vehiecle-Volkswagon, Wuyang-Honda(Guang Zhou) ,Hitachi Excavator(HeFei),komatsu Shanntui Construction machinery Co.,Ltd., Chang Zhou Hyundai Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd.
