Shandong Baoding Heavy Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2010, located at Qihe Economic Development Zone, Dezhou, Shandong Province, which is 11km away from the capital city of Jinan, and adjacent to National Road 308, Beijing-Shanghai Highway, Beijing-Fuzhou Highway, Jiliao Highway, and Qingdao-Yinchuan Highway, enjoying convenient traffic conditions. The company covers an area of 500 mu, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, a total investment of 1.36 billion yuan, and more than 1,260 employees. The company mainly produces 49 sets of large-scale equipment: 100t electric arc furnace, 120tLF refining furnace, 120tVD vacuum degassing furnace, 120t vacuum casting systems, as well as the comprehensive high-efficient dust removal system and circulating water treatment system, in addition to 50tVOD furnace, 50tAOD furnace, 4500t fast forging unit, 2 sets of 100T fast forging manipulators, and 18 large-scale natural gas annealing furnaces. Relying on the most advanced refining and vacuum casting systems in China, the company can have an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of large-scale precision castings, 100,000 tons of nickel alloy castings, 100,000 tons of stainless steel castings and 150,000 tons of forgings after the system are put into production.
The main scope of production and operation includes: large castings, stainless steel castings, and core rods. The company adopts the most advanced vacuum casting system in China, which can produce large and medium-sized precision casting products urgently needed by large domestic forging plants. The products are widely used in automobiles, high-speed railways, military industry, wind power, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, electricity and telecommunications equipment, computer equipment, building and residential supplies industry, and other fields. In addition to meeting the demands of domestic high-end users for large-scale precision castings, some products are also sold in Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia. The annual sales revenue has reached 6.7 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes are up to 0.76 billion yuan. The company has achieved significant economic returns and demonstrates excellent capacities for sustainable development.
