The main business scope of SUMEC involves shipbuilding ,complete equipment projects; research and development, manufacturing and export and domestic trade of machinery and electric products such as power tools, garden tools, power machinery, photovoltaic energy and wind energy; design, manufacturing and export of textiles, garments and light industry products; the import and domestic trade of production materials and technological equipment. In 2009, its turnover reached 1.83 billion U.S. dollars. Nanjing Libo Precision Forging company has over 10 years experience in forging and machining, dedicated to automobile forging parts manufacturing, machining, production of complementary control components. In 2013, its total amount of exports reached to 120 million RMB.

The overall investment of SUMEC DELONG is 120 million RMB. Now SUMEC Delong has five forging production lines, including 1600T & 1350T hot forging Press production line imported fromSouth Korea. 7sets of CNC lathes, 2 sets Gantry MachiningCenter and other 80 sets of general purpose machining equipment including lathe, milling, grinding, and drilling. Complete inspection equipment including 2 sets of CMM. SUMEC DELONG has passed approval of TUV ISO/TS16949:2009. The main forging products include door hinge, Tie rod, suspension arms, hub, flange made by steel, aluminum and other alloy, 80% of products export to America, Germany, Italy, Canada and Japan £¬the main customers including Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Fiat and other Auto manufacture. Now, SUMEC Delong has production capacity about 12,000 tons per year. Among the total 180 employees, 30% are R&D technician to ensure the independent R & D ability.
